The Works Of The Flesh Pt. 4 | Lesson 84 | Bible Study

This lesson, based on Galatians 5:19–21, emphasizes that the "works of the flesh"—sins like sexual immorality, jealousy, and fits of anger—reflect the fallen human nature and are incompatible with life in God's kingdom. Paul warns that those who habitually practice such sins, without repentance or transformation, demonstrate that they are not truly “in Christ” and will not inherit the kingdom of God. Genuine believers may stumble, but the presence of the Holy Spirit leads them to repentance and a desire for righteousness. Ultimately, salvation should produce a changed life, and those who persist in sin without change give evidence that their faith is not authentic.
