The Fruit Of The Spirit Pt. 2 | Lesson 86 | Bible Study

This lesson teaches that the “fruit of the Spirit” in Galatians 5:22–23 is a single, unified expression of Christ’s character produced in believers by the Holy Spirit, not a list of traits to be achieved by human effort. Unlike the “works of the flesh,” which flow from our fallen nature, the fruit of the Spirit results from a life surrendered to and empowered by the Spirit. Its presence is the true evidence of conversion and spiritual maturity, not religious appearance or outward success. Just as fruit trees naturally bear fruit due to the life within them, believers naturally manifest the Spirit’s fruit when they live in dependence on Him.
