The Doctrine of God - Lesson 17 | The Attributes of God Pt. 15 | Grow In Grace

The lesson explores the concept of God's dual will—His "secret will" (will of decree) and "revealed will" (will of command). It argues that while God commands righteousness and does not condone sin, He may still ordain certain events, including sinful acts, to fulfill His divine purposes, as seen in the crucifixion of Jesus. The lesson also discusses how God's will to save all people is balanced by His desire to fully display His glory, including both mercy and judgment. Ultimately, it emphasizes that human understanding is limited, and some aspects of God's will remain beyond human comprehension.
