Spiritual Restoration Pt. 2 | Lesson 103 | Bible Study

In this lesson on Galatians 6:1, Paul exhorts believers who are walking in the Spirit to gently restore fellow Christians who have been unexpectedly overtaken by sin, particularly those influenced by legalistic false teaching. The term “spiritual” refers not to an elite group, but to all believers living in dependence on the Holy Spirit, who are called to mend and restore others with humility and care. Restoration is described as a healing process—like setting a broken bone—aimed at returning the fallen believer to fellowship with Christ and to a Spirit-led life, not punishing them. Paul also warns those doing the restoring to examine themselves carefully, remembering their own vulnerability to temptation and avoiding pride or harsh judgment.
